The camp is raised
The site is now the camp: a night clearing in real time, in the browser — fire lit, three at it, the lamp going out — and every word of it on a plain page too. What you are reading is the thing that shipped.
What shipped
One person is building this, in the open. No roadmap theatre, no seasons of promises — just what now stands that didn't stand before. Posted when it's true.
Word from the maker: what shipped, what broke, what's next. Only the maker posts here — written by hand from the real build record, with no feed and no schedule. The Discord is where the living conversation is.

Lampfold exists. A 2.5 km hooked valley — village bowl, lamp lane, the Watch, the long descent, the flooded basin — sculpted, dressed and walkable end to end in the engine.
Rah'nas, Tigerian and Zu'bat are playable — men and women of each, from the character-creation row to the field. Each carries its own face, voice, gear, and ground.
And we deserved it. Boss encounters are in and being tuned; the fights are meant to be earned, not queued for.
The valley got longer, so we got faster. Mounted travel is in-engine and being broken in — in both senses.
Weapons and armour carry a dormant channel in the metal. As a piece improves, the channel lights — the same silhouette, waking. You'll know a veteran by the glow, not by a bigger hat.
The first session players will ever walk is a festival night in Lampfold — fire lit, lane strung, lamps counted. You know the rest, or you will.
A first public night on the Stair — announced in the Discord first. No date. It will be ready when it's ready, and not a lamp sooner.
